Return & Exchange Policy

At Livvasa, we strive to ensure the best quality for our customers. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof for defective or incorrect items.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size issues or defective products.
  • A ₹85 + GST delivery fee will be applicable on all exchanges.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. In case of any defect, damage, or wrong item received, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Store Credit Policy (No Refunds)

  • Livvasa does not offer monetary refunds.
  • Once your return is received and approved after quality inspection, you will be issued store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges).
  • Store credit will be provided via a coupon code/voucher and can be used on your next purchase.
  • Store credit is valid for a limited period and cannot be transferred or encashed.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Livvasa reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • In case of suspected misuse or fraudulent claims, returns may be declined.
